Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we may request you to share video proof of the package at the time of opening. Please do attach your order ID and registered email for the same.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of the order placement. Please contact us via the contact form to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website from your account. For prepaid orders, users are generally eligible for 100% refunds if the cancellation request is generated within the first 24 hours.
What Are the Conditions for Returns/Exchanges?
- Customers must raise a return/exchange request via mail within 24-48 hours of order delivery.
- Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in the original packaging, and eligible for return can be returned.
- Items that are "Made to Order" or "Print on Demand" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- We cannot refund Rush Processing, Personalized Gifts, Messages Shipping Costs.
- After the assessment, we may conclude you are ineligible for a refund or replacement, or we can process the item replacement if it meets your expectations.
- Returns are only possible for those who mail customer support with a valid reason within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refunds are only applicable for valid reasons (e.g., Damaged Products), as our team takes size confirmation from customers before delivering the order and we manufacture our products as per our size chart.
- If returns are approved, then a refund will be processed within 2-3 days, deducting shipment charges and order processing fees.
- The customer will get a refund back on their credit/debit card, Google Pay, or via UPI. It will take 4-6 working days to receive credit back on the card once we issue a refund from our side.
- Refund of return shipping charges, if the customer is eligible for a refund, will be based on the customer's location but is typically around 100 Rs/-.
For faster resolution, you are requested to follow up on the same mail ticket. Queries will be marked as closed after 5 days of inactivity. After assessing your return case, we may transfer your case to our exchange unit. Items within the return window and in stock (exact same item) are only eligible for replacement. A product that has been exchanged once cannot be exchanged/returned again.
In exchange/replacement cases, we will initiate return pickup from our end within the next 24 business hours after your approval. In this case, we reimburse the courier charges based on weight and RTO (Return To Origin) location.
Color Variation Disclaimer
We aim to offer our clients exactly what is ordered, but due to certain conditions, there may be variations between what you see on our website and what you receive. The fabric colors you see on our website can vary in person due to the color variations of each photograph and computer screen. We do not warranty or guarantee the consistency, color, texture, or appearance of the actual apparel. Apparel fabric colors shown online are approximate and may have variations in color, hue, and tone. Factors affecting color display, such as computer screens, resolution, and settings, are beyond our control.
How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund for a Canceled Order or Returned Product?
We will process your refund within 2-3 business days in case of order cancellation. For returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. This entire process may take up to 2 weeks after the return has been initiated.
Important Note
Do not return any product(s) before receiving a confirmation email from our Customer Support. In case you wish to return a product, contact us at mayrafashion399@gmail.com within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. Once we verify the damage or manufacturing defect, our customer care team will email you with details on how to return the product. All shipping costs of returning the products to Mayra Fashion, over and above the shipping charges paid by customers while receiving the same, are to be borne by the customer.
All products must be returned to our warehouse in their original condition, original packaging, with the invoice and sealed carefully. Please return your order with the return label issued by customer care at the time of return confirmation. The safe receipt of products by Mayra Fashion is the customer's responsibility. We shall examine the returned products for defects/variations as complained by the customer and take remedial steps immediately.
If it is found that the error occurred from the customer's end, we shall make the necessary modifications/alterations at the customer's cost. Note that duties/taxes may apply when you return items, so do not ship anything back without contacting our customer care. We will not be liable for any duties/taxes arising from return shipments. If any product you receive does not meet your expectations, contact us through the contact form, and we’ll assist you.
